Jennifer Kaczmarek graduated with a M.S. in Nutritional Sciences in May 2018. She also completed the dietetic internship and is now credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (R.D.N). Her thesis research was entitled “Relationships between circadian rhythms, timing of eating behaviors, and the human gastrointestinal microbiota,” which summarized two first-author publications in Nutrition Reviews and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Jennifer is currently employed as a in-patient dietitian at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.
