Dr. Holscher teaches courses on nutritional sciences and clinical nutrition and disease. She also supervises undergraduate research for graded research credit.
FSHN420 – Nutritional Aspects of Disease
Examines nutritional, biochemical, and physiological aspects of disease processes and studies the role of nutrition in prevention, management, and treatment of disease.

Individual research, special problems, thesis, development and/or design work under the direction of the Honors advisor.

Individual research, special problems, thesis, development and/or design work under the supervision of an appropriate member of the faculty.
